Coalgas Description

This dataset consists of one observation per US state (plus the District of Columbia "DC"). The variables are taken from a number of places, most notably the Dept of Energy web site. The variables are all for 1993 or for a year close to 1993 --- all energy price and quantity varaibles are for 1993.
