Today, we'd like to tell you some of the things we've learned about the county during the past few months. We'll start with a quick overview of several criteria that should be used when considering alternative methods of service delivery. Next, we wish to report the interim findings for three services from the three County departments we have concentrated on since October: Parks and Recreation, Health, and Jail. Our work in these three areas has also led us to make some general observations about County service provision. We have reserved the last half of the presentation for your questions and comments.
