Put the name of your section instruction and the time of your section on the
blue book. Note on your paper that you have taken version A.

This is a 25 minute Exam. We strongly recommend that you take the full time
to write a well organized paper. Make your answer as clear as possible.

question asked. Full credit is given only for accurate well focused answers.

Using one of our thought examples, explain briefly why personal identity is not
necessarily defined by the identity of the mind, indicating very briefly why it
is an objection to Descartesıs view of the soul.

Turn in your exam by putting it in the envelope for your section at the
front of the room. When you hand it in, please check off your name on the class
list attached to that envelope.
