DETERMINE THE EQUIPMENT

+ Netscape or IE users
+ high- or low-bandwidth users
+ high- or low-resolution and color display capabilities
USING THE INFORMATION

The answers to the preceding questions will inform you how to represent and develop those elements that your site will / should include. For example, older audiences might require larger type, cluster environments may prohibit sound, and modem users may not be able to download and enjoy large files (images, sound or video).
