| Description |
This course introduces fundamentals of computing that are important
in the design of digital media. Students are introduced to various computational
concepts that are related to communication design, through hands-on programming
exercises as well as lectures. Topics include basic programming concepts,
computer graphics, information structure, object oriented analysis of
design problems. No prior programming experience is required. |

to complete 4 programming exercises, mid-term quiz, and final exam. |
