Tool Box:The toolbox is customizable, making it easy for any user to have their most commonly-used tools at their fingertips. These could include a spell-check and thesaurus, the weather, a daily planner, or the New York Stock Exchange.

PEPE: PEPE (Personal Engagement Planning Entity), an agent, learns the likes and dislikes of the user and makes suggestions accordingly. The user idenitfies with PEPE thus making the on-line experience more engaging, as PEPE becomes a seasoned and loyal assistant. PEPE may even suggest a coffee break, an amusement, or a net card game.

Communication (Mail/Chat/Telephone/Conference): E-mail is seamlessly incorporated into the user's experience. Internet telephone, as well as "common view areas" (i.e. bus tours) are available.

Entertainment:The user may listen to audio or watch a feature film alone, or with others. Movie rental or "stargazing" can be experienced simultaneously by multiple viewers.

Personal Files:The user may keep bills, car repair records, and a banking account in these files. PEPE will remind the user of important dates and recommends gift suggestions by

providing relevant URLs.

Business Files:The user may keep his client profiles, links to his company's ordering system, news groups, and client web sites.
