This course is a junior level class intended to teach students
public speaking skills. Public speaking and technical presentation
skills are critical to success whether you choose a career in industry
or in academia. In this class, students will make short technical presentations
each week, and will be critiqued by their peers and by the instructor on
style and content. They will learn how to make good technical presentations,
how to use presentation materials effectively, and how to critique contructively.
