Connecting to "Atlas" from Windows 95

If you are using any machine running Windows 95 which is networked (Ethernet or Modem), you should be able to access files on the ChemE server Atlas.

1. Click the "Start" button
2. Move the cursor up to "Find …"
3. Move the cursor right to "Computer …" and click on it.
4. Enter "Atlas" in the "Named" field.
5. Click the "Find now" button.
6. If the find is successful, "Atlas" will appear in the results window. Under the "File…" menu, choose, "Open"

You should now be connected to Atlas, whose root directory appears in its own Explorer window. By double clicking on the appropriate directories, you should be able to get to \users\dp4h\06-202 and download any files you need.
