Instructions: This quiz displays 20 graphs of cooperative binding reactions. Most are shown as Hill Plots plots; some are shown as ligand binding curves. In each case, estimate the values for nH (the Hill coefficient) and Kd (the dissociation constant). Then choose the correct entry from the two selection lists. After making your choices, click on the "Submit" button. Your answers will then be corrected and the correct selections will be written in the "Answer Slot".
[Note: nH cannot be determined directly from the ligand binding curves; make a "guessimate" and compare the steepness to the other curves of this type.]
Go to the next graph with a click on the "Next" button. Alternatively, a randomly selected graph will be displayed with a click on the "Random" button in the upper frame.

Scoring: A running total of your correct and incorrect selections is kept on the "Scoreboard" in the upper frame. You can also click the "Score" button at any time to get a summary of your quiz answers.
